accessibility

This site has been built to standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium (w3c). This means that it will work well across all modern browsers and all platforms, and will even work on older browsers although we concede it won't look as nice. For those of you with web enabled mobile phones, you'll find that the site also works just fine.

One of the major benefits of using these standards is that they make the site more accessible to those with disabilites. To this end, we have also successfully tested the site against standards set by w3c for website accessibility. In addition, there is also a text only version of the site which some users may find easier to use.

Access Keys

We have now integrated Access Keys into the main navigation menu. The relevant keys are listed below. If you are using Windows, then each key should be used in conjunction with the 'alt' key. If you are using a Mac, the 'cmd' key should be used.

Please note that support for access keys is limited and may change depending on the environment they are used in. At the time of writing, there are contradictory recommendations. Some advise their use, some don't. Therefore we can't pretend that this is the perfect solution. However, we hope that we have managed to address the needs of most people who may use our website. If you feel that things could be improved, please email us with your comments.

Come outside, the graphics are great."
